About The Event

Dear St George's Society Members and Friends,

We hope you can join Society members and friends for Pleasant Hours at the Arts and Letters Club.

The Arts & Letters Club is located at St George’s Hall, is a Toronto landmark with a lively history of remarkable colour and vivacity in a convenient downtown location. It has been designated a building of National Historic Significance by the Government of Canada.

The building was originally built by the St. George’s Society in 1891. The Club leased it in 1920, before eventually purchasing it in 1986.

The Society wil converge for "Pleasant Hour" at the bar of the Arts & Letters Club with the Club's rotating exhibitions of paintings, drawings and photography on display.

During “Pleasant Hour” drinks are $2.00 off. Complimentary snacks will be provided. Members are encouraged to bring along a friend.
