GET INVOLVED

Since its inception in 1834, the St. George’s Society Toronto has become a stalwart symbol of British and Commonwealth heritage. It has united Torontonians from all walks of life in camaraderie, and support for their community with charitable giving.

Catering to all tastes and preferences, our members enjoy a diverse events calendar that includes theatre outings, sporting events and games, and events with the British Consulate and the British-Canadian Chamber of Trade and Commerce, among others. Our fundraising efforts support over 20 organizations annually, including alzheimer’s research, children afflicted with cancer, hospices with palliative care, AIDS treatment and prevention, and educational scholarships.

Our charitable year comes full circle at the prestigious Annual Red Rose Ball, taking place close to St. George’s Day, which honours a distinguished citizen with the Award of Merit for outstanding contributions to the community.

There is no better time to become a part of the fun and the legacy.
